- Store in a cool and dry place preferably in the Chappers bag. In case there’s any fungus due to damp weather, just wipe it off with a wet cloth.

- If the leather is dusty or stained, wipe it with a wet cloth and apply any neutral wax polish to maintain the shine.

- If your kolhs become wet, don’t worry, just don’t keep them in an enclosed space. Keep them in the open for a couple of days until they dry and then wear them for sometime so the leather doesn’t harden.

- Polish them with any neutral wax polish after every use to keep them as good as new.

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of delivery. To initiate a return or exchange, please ensure the product is unused, in its original packaging, and shipped back to us at your own cost. Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process your replacement or refund as applicable.
